This form allows us to sell the property. It shows the property description, seller’s information, what type of listing it is, what services we are performing, marketing information, how much the commission is, it also has the re-appointment section for the renewal of an exclusive listing.

This form shows the buyer what they need to be aware of when purchasing a property that is part of a Body Corporate.

Contract for Residential Lots in a Community Titles Scheme

This form is where the buyer and seller enter into an agreement to buy and sell the property which is either a unit or a block of land that is part of a Body Corporate.

Contract for Houses and Residential Land

This form is where the buyer and seller enter into an agreement to buy and sell the property.
